Can you transfer my pet from the vet or animal hospital?
We can certainly arrange the transfer from any animal hospital or vet and transfer your pet into our care. Call us at any time.
Is an urn required? Where can I purchase one?
With pet cremation, an urn is not required. However, we also offer a wonderful selection of decorative urns, memorial items, and keepsakes, sealed with the cremated remains of your pet.
What else can we do to remember our pet?
We offer a lovely selection of decorative urns, memorial items, and wearable keepsakes, such as charms and pendants. These are sealed with the cremated remains of your pet.
What happens after the cremation?
We return the cremated remains to you in a standard wooden box, as a keepsake of your beloved pet.
What if my pet dies at home or when my vet is closed?
If a pet dies at home or after veterinary hours, our staff is ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to transfer your pet to our facility.
